What it does
- Answers your business line with your company name
- Asks what needs to go and how much of a truck it fills
- Quotes from your own calculator: load size, stairs, same day, heavy items
- Offers your open pickup windows and books one if you allow it
- Texts you the address, the items and the price the caller heard
- Switches to Spanish or Portuguese when the caller does
Why it matters
A half-truck job is $300 to $450. Miss two of those calls a week and you lose more than $2,500 a month, far more than the plan costs. Junk removal callers are also the least patient: they are standing next to the pile and they want a yes today.
