Why it matters
Junk removal customers are one-time customers. Once the truck leaves, a $400 invoice becomes a reminder you have to chase. A link they pay at the curb means no checks, no "I will send it tonight", and the money is in your account before the dump run. Card payments also make larger cleanouts easier to say yes to.
